About the author

John Roper writes in Wilmington, North Carolina after a career of teaching social studies and coaching Cross Country and Track in Fairfield, Connecticut.

He has co-authored a book on teaching Connecticut history, published by Yale University, co-authored Reflections of Life, and Memories of Life and written Love that Moves the Sun and Other Stars. He is currently working on a historical fiction set in Europe, America, and China in the 1930s and 40s.
